In this course you will learn about meditation & its 11 major chakras and their functions. Then you will learn the first and the basic medition known as C.D.A.B meditation. Controlled deep abdominal breathing. You will learn dynamic meditation breathing to hand chakras, Sole chakra meditation, Om meditation and blessing meditation.
2. SOUND MEDITATION - 4 DAYS : 2 Hrs/Daily
In this course you will learn sound to release the emotions. In this course you will learn about chakras and you produce sound to release the access of emotions which lies in major organs of body. This course will help you in releasing the strong emotions which will effect our daily life
3. HATHA YOGA - 5 DAYS : 1:30 Hrs/Daily
This course is for beginners who have not done yoga before
